These energy balls are a fantastic option to take with you to work or store in the fridge to ensure you always have something naturally sweet to snack on.
I've rolled mine in desiccated coconut but you could roll them in cinnamon or cacao instead if you prefer.
1 mug chopped dried dates
1 mug almonds
2 tbsp cacao powder
Pinch of pink salt
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp coconut oil (melted)
2 heaped tbsp desiccated coconut
Add all the ingredients to a food processor and blend on low until well combined
Roll into 12 - 15 individual balls
Roll each ball in desiccated coconut
Place in the fridge to chill
