There's a green smoothie bowl recipe in my book Radiant which I just love! But as I'm all out of frozen greens and the sun is attempting to shine here in the grey north, I figured berries would make a pretty awesome substitute for this mornings breakfast.
I'm also a little obsessed with adding flowers to everything! They make dishes look so pretty. These are purple pansies which are totally edible and dry rose petals which are equally fragrant and edible.

INGREDIENTS
100g frozen berries (I like blackberries, blueberries, raspberries)
Sprinkles: coconut flakes, flax seed, pumpkin seed, flaked almonds, sunflower seeds, apricots, dry rose petals, fresh pansies
Chia balls: 100ml almond milk, stir in 4 tbsp chia seeds and leave to set overnight. Scoop out and roll into balls. I like flavouring my almond milk by warming it with a chai tea bag
HERE'S HOW
Warm half the berries over a low heat until soft. Add to your nutribullet with the frozen berries and blitz
Add to the bowl and decorate with sprinkles and chia balls
